5pm Wednesday 4th October we received a call from Grant UK in Devizes. They had a requirement for a pallet to meet a truck at 8:30pm the same evening in Coventry. Within 30 minutes we had the load collected and a Zelf driver on his way to meet the vehicle. He arrived with time to spare and greeted with some relieved smiles.
We work on a 2 hour turnaround for all same day delivery jobs.
Another example from an existing customer on Wednesday was a job that required to be in a Glasgow for 8am the following day. We collected at 4:30pm and our driver set off just after 1am for a perfectly executed timed delivery.
